As a bereavement doula, I offer support before, during, and/or after pregnancy and infant loss. The support offered varies depending on your specific situation and needs. Some possibilities are emotional support, attending doctor or hospital visits or births, attending home birth and/or home care, holding sacred space for birth/death/grief, on-going grief support, connecting with resources, help creating momentos, help creating rituals and ceremonies, and/or postpartum meals and errand support and coordination.
